These terms govern your use of kprscorp.com. Engagements for paid services are governed separately by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) signed with your organisation — nothing in these website terms overrides those contracts.

1. Use of the website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer its infrastructure beyond what is permitted by law, or use it to distribute malicious content.

2. Intellectual property

All content — text, code samples, graphics, trademarks — is owned by KPRS or used with permission. You may share links freely and quote short excerpts with attribution. For anything larger, write to hello@kprscorp.com.

3. Third-party links

We link to third-party sites where useful. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

4. No warranty

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on general website content as engineering or legal advice for your specific situation; talk to us.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KPRS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability under any paid engagement is governed by the applicable MSA.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute concerning the website will be resolved in the courts of Ontario. For client engagements, the governing-law and jurisdiction clauses set out in the applicable MSA control.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the date above.
