This policy describes how KPRS ("we", "our") collects, uses, and protects information obtained through kprscorp.com and directly from clients, candidates, and partners.

1. Information we collect

  • Enquiry details you submit via the contact form: name, company, email, phone, and the message you send us.
  • Client engagement data shared under contract — subject to the confidentiality terms in the relevant MSA or SOW.
  • Technical logs from our web hosting (Cloudflare) — IP, user agent, request path. Retained for operational and security purposes.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry or deliver a service you have engaged us for.
  • To keep the website secure and operational (bot mitigation, abuse prevention).
  • To send occasional updates, only if you explicitly opt in. We do not sell contact data.

3. How we share it

We share personal data only with:

  • Subprocessors that operate parts of our infrastructure (Cloudflare for hosting/CDN, Web3Forms for form delivery, Google Workspace for email).
  • Legal or regulatory authorities when compelled by applicable law.
  • Third parties you have explicitly asked us to share with (e.g. a reference check).

4. Where data is stored

Our default hosting is in Canadian and US regions operated by reputable cloud providers. If your engagement requires a specific data-residency regime (PIPEDA, US HIPAA, EU GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, India DPDP, or similar), we will document the storage and processing locations in the engagement contract before any personal data is collected.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry data for 24 months, client engagement data for the period required by contract and applicable accounting law, and server logs for 90 days unless a security investigation extends this.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability over your personal data. To exercise any of these, write to hello@kprscorp.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Changes

If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and, where required, notify you directly.
